- Launched on November 7, 2025 , during NSDL’s ninth Designated Depository Participants (DDP) Conference in Mumbai , the platform eliminates redundant logins and manual steps. It offers a unified experience for overseas investors entering India’s securities market. The system was officially inaugurated by Dr. Ruchi Chojer , Executive Director, SEBI , in the presence of NSDL’s MD & CEO Vijay Chandok and other senior officials.
Integration and Automation for Efficiency
- The platform automates key application stages—from Permanent Account Number (PAN) requests to regulatory submissions—through API integration with Protean and API Setu , reducing approval timelines from several days to just one or two days . It includes guided workflows , real-time application tracking , and a complete audit trail to ensure transparency and accountability.
Technological Framework
- Built using Angular, .NET Core, and SQL Server , the platform offers a responsive and efficient interface with faster load times of 3–5 seconds . It consolidates multiple regulatory processes and compliance systems, improving efficiency for investors in equities, bonds, and venture capital funds.
