Shafali’s Return to the Squad
- Shafali Verma, currently the top run-scorer in the ongoing Senior Women’s T20 League , received the call-up while playing for Haryana in Surat . She will join the national squad ahead of Tuesday’s training session in Navi Mumbai.
- The Haryana captain has been in exceptional form this season, amassing 341 runs in seven innings , including a century and two fifties, at an average of 56.83 and a strike rate of 182.35 .
