128th Mann Ki Baat outlines achievements from agriculture to innovation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered the 128th edition of Mann Ki Baat on 30 November 2025, addressing the nation on agriculture, aerospace, defence, tourism, and cultural integration. The programme highlighted India’s record 357 million tonnes foodgrain output, advancements in private-sector space capability, progress in natural farming and honey production, and the rising momentum in tourism and adventure sports. The address aimed to inspire public participation in sustainable development and “Vocal for Local” economic growth.

Mission and Objective
The central objective of the address was to celebrate national achievements while encouraging innovation, youth leadership and indigenous enterprise. PM Modi emphasised self-reliance in agriculture, space, and defence infrastructure, alongside cultural preservation and grassroots livelihoods.

A major vision outlined was fostering sustainability — through eco-farming, beekeeping, and increased domestic craftsmanship — while expanding India’s role in global markets and technological capability.
