Recognition by a Global Workplace Authority
The certification was awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute after a comprehensive organisation-wide assessment. The evaluation was driven primarily by confidential employee feedback, focusing on trust in leadership, workplace fairness, pride, and overall employee experience.

Trust Index Highlights Employee Confidence
The Trust Index is the core metric used by the Great Place to Work Institute to benchmark workplace culture globally. SAIL’s improved score indicates progress in creating a transparent, respectful, and empowering environment where employees feel valued and motivated. Officials noted that the results mirror consistent efforts to align organisational goals with employee well-being and professional growth.

In addition, SAIL has broadened learning and development avenues, allowing executives to undertake domain changes supported by structured training programmes . These initiatives are designed to build agility, cross-functional capability, and long-term leadership readiness.
Academic Collaborations and Leadership Perspective

These collaborations support executive education, leadership development, and best-practice adoption.
