  • HSL granted Mini Ratna: Mini Ratna status was awarded to Mini Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) which increased its contribution to defence and maritime production.
  • Green Goal of NHAI: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) intends to utilize 100 percent of the municipal waste produced in India in the development of roads by the year 2027.

  • Women Workforce Explosion: Female Labour Force Participation Rate (FLFPR) had soared to 42% in 2023-24 (2017-18 23%).
  • EPFO Rule simplification: EPFO simplified the withdrawal rules and now subscribers could withdraw up to 100 percent of his or her eligible PF balance.
  • Govt-Zomato MoU on Jobs: The government signed MoU with Zomato to make 2.5 lakh employment opportunities in a year through the National Career Service portal.
