₹945.10 Crore Solar EPC Order Strengthens Bondada Engineering’s Renewable Portfolio

Hyderabad-based Bondada Engineering Ltd has secured a major ₹945.10 crore EPC contract from NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL) , reinforcing its growing presence in India’s utility-scale renewable energy sector. The order marks a significant boost to the company’s execution pipeline and highlights its expanding role in supporting the country’s clean energy transition.

Details of the EPC Order

The contract has been awarded on behalf of NLC India Ltd and pertains to Balance of System (BoS) works for the development of 810 MW solar power capacity at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan . Bondada Engineering confirmed receipt of the Letter of Award (LoA) on December 22, 2025. The scope of work is comprehensive, covering design, engineering, site development, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar projects.

Evacuation Systems and O&M Responsibility

In addition to core EPC activities, the project includes the development of associated power evacuation systems up to the designated delivery point. Bondada Engineering will also be responsible for operations and maintenance (O&M) services for three years , ensuring performance stability after commissioning. The project execution timeline has been fixed at 15 months from the acceptance of the LoA.

Impact on Order Book and Growth Outlook

With this contract, Bondada Engineering’s cumulative EPC order book has reached nearly 3 GW . The company stated that the project will contribute meaningfully to revenue growth over the medium term and enhance stakeholder value. Chairman and Managing Director Bondada Raghavendra Rao said the order validates the company’s technical expertise and execution capability in large-scale solar infrastructure.
