• Verdict: Accommodated the membership application of Maldives.

• Membership: IAEA 181 st member country.

• Areas of Focus: Nuclear peace, non-proliferation, peaceful application of nuclear technology.
• Key Features:
• Scientific world forum on water management.
• The opening of the New Visitor Centre.
• Leadership: Peter Burian (Slovak Ambassador) was chosen as President of the conference.
