  • Technology Solutions: The creation of digital investigation tools to be used in forensic analysis.
  • Capacity Building: Strengthening the capacity to counter cybercrime.

Key Initiative:

  • The introduction of a Cybercrime Investigation and Drug Intelligence Centre of Excellence to perform high-level research and create AIs to detect crimes.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Greater intelligence collection and technology based suppression.
  • Enhanced cooperation between the law enforcement and academia.
  • Assigning officers sophisticated levels of digital skills in investigation.
