Asia Cup 2025 Super Four India-Pakistan-Sri Lanka and Bangladesh Qualify

The Asia Cup 2025 is over with its group stage and now the action of the cricketing game moves to the Super Four round where India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will fight off to secure a spot to the final.

Group Stage Recap

  • India led by a captain Suryakumar Yadav topped Group A by decisively defeating UAE and Pakistan in their path to guarantee an early qualification.
  • Pakistan won the second place among the group defeating Oman and the UAE.
  • Group B was dominated by Sri Lanka on all fronts as they won all their three matches to qualify in a very stylish manner.
  • The last slot in the Super Four went to Bangladesh, owing to Afghanistan losing to Sri Lanka in their last group game.

Super Four Format

Super Four stage is going to be in the form of round robin and each team will play each other once. The matches will be held throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi and start on September 20, 2025. The two best performers by the end of this stage will be allowed to play in the Asia Cup 2025 Final.

  • Points System 2 points to win.
  • Tiebreaker: Net Run Rate (NRR) will be used to determine whether teams are even in terms of points.
