Digital Connectivity Rating Regulations, 2024 Digital connectivity Digital Networks Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has designated eight firms as Digital connectivity Rating Agencies (DCRAs) under the Rating of Properties for Digital Connectivity Regulations, 2024. Their registration expires after five years on August 27, 2025. Such agencies will evaluate the properties of digital infrastructure and give them star ratings to guide buyers, tenants, and developers.

The vast majority of mobile data activities take place within, yet in buildings built in recent times, 4G/5G signals are frequently blocked by construction materials. Properties will be rated by agencies such as Ardom Towergen Pvt Ltd and TUV SUD South Asia Pvt Ltd, depending on a standardised manual released in August 2025. Ratings will cover:
