APCRDA Project Office Secures IGBC Net Zero Energy Rating, A First for Indian Government Buildings
In a major milestone for sustainable public infrastructure, the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has achieved national distinction after its Project Office at Rayapudi, Amaravati, became the first government building in India to receive the IGBC Net Zero Energy Rating at the design stage.
The recognition was formally conferred during the IGBC Green Building Congress 2025 held at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
