How to check whether your form has been uploaded

  1. Return to voters.eci.gov.in and click “Fill Enumeration Form” .

  2. Log in with your registered mobile and OTP.

  3. After login, click “Fill Enumeration Form” again and enter your EPIC number.

  4. Click Search .

    • If uploaded/submitted: you’ll see a confirmation message like “Your form has already been submitted with mobile number XXXXX…”.

    • If not uploaded: the portal will show no submission record and may open a blank form for you to complete.

  5. If the mobile number shown is incorrect, or if you see a submitted status you did not trigger, contact your local BLO immediately.
