NODAL MINISTRY
The Ministry of Textiles is the nodal ministry. This means the ministry is responsible for planning and implementing the scheme.

1. Integrated Value Chain: No need to send materials from one city to another. Everything stays in one zone. This cuts transport time and costs.
2. World-Class Infrastructure: The park has a clear layout:

3. Public–Private Partnership (PPP): The park is developed by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The SPV is owned by the State Government and the Government of India together. They work in PPP mode.
