Monsoon Forecasting with AI Empowers Farmers

An AI-based project initiated by the ministry of Agriculture and farmers welfare (MoAFW) has been done to undergoing forecasts of early monsoon to Indian farmers. By 2025, almost 3.8 crores of farmers in 13 states had been given predictions through SMS in the m-Kisan app up to four weeks ahead of time, so that they could plan their choice of crops, sowing, and utilization of resources.

India to Support UN Resolution on Palestine Two-State Solution

India has voted in favour of a resolution of the United Nations General assembly adopting New York declaration, which urges for peaceful settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the basis of two-state solution. The resolution had the support of 142 countries: 10 voted against and 12 abstained.

SAMBHAV Acquires Military Communications

By launching its first fully indigenous secure mobile communication system called SAMBHAV, India has made a significant breakthrough in the defence technology. The breakthrough was demonstrated in the course of the operation, Sindoor (2025), when SAMBHAV-enabled devices were deployed by the Army instead of the foreign applications, guaranteeing the encrypted and surveillance-free communication.
