The operation marks India’s first-ever seizure of this psychotropic substance, exposing how the country was being used as a transit hub.

India to Host Quad Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in New Delhi on May 26

India will host the Quad Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in New Delhi on 26 May 2026. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has invited his counterparts from Australia, Japan, and the United States. The four ministers will discuss regional and global issues. They will also review ongoing Quad projects. This is the first Quad foreign ministers’ gathering on Indian soil since 2023.
