This is based on the theory of economist John Maynard Keynes during the Great Depression period where low rates do not stimulate investment or consumption.

The Leh Apex Body (LAB) responded by calling a total shutdown. In the meantime, the famous climate activist Sonam Wangchuk did lift his 15-day hunger strike, asking his people to pursue their fight peacefully.

This is indicative of an increasing judicial awareness of personality rights, in the wake of new technologies, where creativity and exploitation begin to mingle.
