For the year 2026, the President has approved a total of 131 Padma Awards. The break-up is:

As of 25th May 2026, only 66 awards were presented in the first ceremony. The remaining honours will be conferred during the second Civil Investiture Ceremony later in 2026. That ceremony will take place at Rashtrapati Bhavan on a date to be announced.
