New Pension Rule: Mandatory Inclusion of Daughter’s Name in Family Records

 

  • The Central Government has issued an important clarification regarding pension documentation under the CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021, making it compulsory to include the names of all daughters in family records of employees and pensioners. The directive was released by the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) to strengthen beneficiary transparency and prevent disputes in future pension claims.
