1. Secondary Teacher (Class 9–10, Paper-I)

• 50% or more on a bachelor's degree in the relevant field

• B.Ed degree is mandatory

• Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/EBC/BC/PwD) get 5% relaxation

2. Senior Secondary Teacher (Class 11–12, Paper-II)

• Second Division postgraduate degree in the appropriate field

• B.Ed not required for Computer Science
