Yoga Protocols for Non-Communicable Diseases
During the programme, the minister released “10 Yoga Protocols for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and Target Groups.” These protocols have been designed to address health concerns affecting different age groups and physiological conditions. The routines combine Yogasanas, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to help individuals strengthen immunity, manage lifestyle disorders and improve overall well-being.
